Multi concept apartments
Multi concept apartment blocks have a mixture of individual apartments of various sizes and multi occupancy collective apartments. These are designed around the needs of the residents, who may have additional requirement for disability or social needs. These are built with the same natural materials and with all the same properties.
Designed for social requirements
The layout and mixture of the apartments are created to fit the residents needs and requirements. Apartments can be entirely private careers or have shared living areas of facilities create a ‘mini village feel’ for mutual support on one or multiple levels.
Designed for residents individual needs
Particular attention is made to the design of the layout and facilities within each apartment, to tailor these to individual. The modular, offsite manufacturing approach of the construction allows a specific detailed design to be created for an individual’s needs. For example, these needs and adaptations can include physical access, privacy or security.
